Customer Cancellations
Please cancel your booking as early as possible by emailing bookings@cabassistuk.com.
- Residential pickups: If the driver has arrived at the agreed pickup location and you cancel, a £5 cancellation charge may apply.
- Airport pickups: If the driver has arrived at the agreed airport pickup location and you cancel, the cancellation charge may apply along with any airport entry or parking fees incurred.
Any applicable charges will be explained clearly and must be lawful and proportionate. Refunds will be processed after deducting any valid charges, where applicable.
If we have to cancel
If CabAssist UK cancels a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange any refund due.
